I got excellent results from Dr. Liao. She made me feel very at ease with my skin conditions and the worries I had. My sun spots and troublesome moles were easily taken care of. Having said that, she is very 'matter of fact' and 'all business at hand'. She does not deviate from what you referred for in the first place. I would recommend Dr. Liao in the future, and have recommended her in the past, although, you must get a doctors referral to see her.

Was recently diagnosed with Alopecia (hair loss) and was referred to Dr. Liao for steroid injections. Worst experience ever.. she is rude and insensitive. She was very dismissive with most questions that I had, and made me feel embarrassed. The process itself was very aggressive, and painful. At no point did she stop to ask me if I was alright, if I needed a moment, she gave me no recommendations, no knowledge to help me through this, no encouragement. She just wants us out of there as quickly as possible. NOT the kind of doctor you want to deal with. Thankfully she is retiring and no one else will have to experience that with her.

Very disappointed in the customer service, poor phone communication skills and got hung up on. Mentioned that they were closing soon, so it goes to show where their business was really going!

Worst doctor ever! She was extremely rude! She was late, then rushing the consultation; she wanted to get rid of me asap.

Dr. Liao is amazing, I've been seeing her for the past decade for my skin problems. She is informative and realistic. Remember that this is a doctor's office. To all those who are complaining on whether her methods work- do take note that she is a doctor, not a magician. With trust and patience comes results. You can't expect her to perform a miracle on you when what you ask of her is unachievable in one appointment. She will tell you from the beginning the risks, pros & cons. Trust in her and she will get you there.
