My Car

After some unforeseen circumstances, I had to buy a new car and realized that I really knew nothing about cars. I did a lot of research and figured out exactly what I wanted. Then I ended up buying my car from Tim Sen from My Car in Richmond. Tim was extremely kind and funny, and he made the experience stress-free and even fun! Even though he knew I wanted the top of the line Mazda 3, he wasn’t pushy at all and in fact recommended that I test drive all three 2015 models and compare. I wasn’t able to make the final decision that same day and he was understanding enough to hold the car until Monday. He and Tony El Haibi from finance made the experience extremely easy and relaxing, and made sure that I understood every step of the process. They also made sure that I got everything I wanted, as well as some deals as they understood that it wasn’t the best time for me to have to buy a new car. I love my 2015 red Mazda 3 GT and would recommend My Car in Richmond to anyone! Especially Tim and Tony!

Just drove home in my new car today from My Car and couldn’t be happier! For me car shopping is typically a high stress experience, I always feel like I’m trying to be tricked into something but at My Car they are so transparent and helpful. Tim my salesman made sure he only showed me cars I was interested in and could afford which was greatly appreciated as a lot of places don’t do that. The team at My Car is so friendly and helpful. TC is a magician with payments and financing and was able to get us a great deal! We are so thankful to the whole team at My Car and would recommend it to anyone out there looking for a vehicle. They are sure to get more business from us when the time to shop comes again!

I was very impressed with the quality of service by the mycar staff. The initial vehicle I wanted to purchase was already gone when I made the decision a few days after viewing. Similarly, the second car. These guys move cars very quickly. Luckily Mike didn't give up and we found the perfect vehicle for me. Great service! Great cars! Would recommend to everybody!

What amazing service I received at My Car! Erik Lloyd was great. He got me through my first car purchase painlessly. Very thorough and transparent. Great team and great service. I couldn't believe how fast the process was. I will definitely use you guys again in the future! Thanks alot.

I bought a car from Erik Lloyd @ My Car in Richmond. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Great prices, no pressure, professional, and smooth process. I had the car bought and signed in less than 2 hours and was able to pick it up the next day. We love the new truck, thank you Erik! We will be in touch for our next purchase.
