The Car Club

Not a fan of their business model where they wanted to collect all my personal information before I even decide on a car. I'd rather see of they have a vehicle I like before the paperwork starts. They seemed genuinely surprised I wanted to actually look at cars and we had to wait on a well worn couch while they scrambled to find a couple of cars for us to look at. They didn't seem to have a large inventory at all, in fact I saw less than half a dozen vehicles. I believe their adds chock full of cars for sale is misleading. We bought elsewhere a week later and were much happier with the experience.

Great experience! The team at The Car Club were able to get me out of my old vehicle and into my new one in a matter of days. Love my new car.

Was told they could give me lower payments. That was a lie. Told me the car I purchased from them a year earlier was a death trap and I needed to get in another vehicle before the transmission blew. Couldn't offer me anything in my budget and my car payments are ridiculously high. Bad credit and the need for a safe vehicle turned into the biggest nightmare of my life. To top it all off the salesman Moe at the Innes rd and Windmill st. location stalked my life and was the creepiest most unprofessional sleeze I've ever dealt with. Lawsuit? Definitely calls for one.

This is the 4th car I buy from Car Club. I have dealt with all the local locations around Ottawa. I am a repeat client because of the fast and easy service I received every time. They do everything they can to help you with your new purchase, its not just a sale...will continue to purchase all my vehicles from them
