MTC Factory Outlet is a Canadian owned and operated business in Bowmanville, Ontario. It has greatly expanded since it’s opening in Whitby, Ontario in 2006. We offer the best deals on electronics and appliances in Ontario and we guarantee to exceed your expectations!

We receive truckloads of retail returns/cancelled orders throughout the week. All units are inspected and graded on site. Although we are contractually obligated to label all electronics and appliances as being "refurbished", many of them are brand new with only minor cosmetic blemishes. We also offer a free 2 year warranty on TVs and a free 3 year warranty on major appliances.

Simple selection. Prices are a little high. C3 Miele vacuum has a better price at Best Buy. It’s gonna be a crapshoot anyway you look at it, shopping at a clearance store.  Off to best buy I go.

Been shopping here forever , first and only stop. A diamond in the rough. Recently they reminded me of how impressive their level of service by going above and beyond to search out a product I was really focused on getting. Excellent all around . It is worth the trip to their showroom.

ROBERT was an excellent  associate, he helped us out with all our questions. We bought a fridge that was an excellent price. I definitely  would  go back as thet have a wide variety  of appliances  and even electronics.

I just purchased a refurbished Samsung S20 FE for $379.00 before Christmas. It works like new. I have been coming here for years and have purchased other phones, tablets, and TVs and never had an issue with any product. They also do electronic repairs, i.e., cell phones, etc. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and I would strongly recommend this place.

I had a great experience buying from MTC. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a stove on Monday March 28 and it was installed on Tuesday March 29. Thank you Heather for all your help with the video and pictures sent.

If I was just leaving a review on MTC it would be a 4 or a 5.  But my dealings lately with the warranty company has been less than poor.  Been dealing with these guys for years now, but last year we bought my son all his appliances for his home.  It took 5 or 6 months to repair the fridge!  I understand supply issues but that wasn’t the case here.  Several repair techs didn’t even bother to call.  Then said my son told them fridge was ok now.  That’s nonsense.  But as I said MTC are great to deal with but warranty not so much.

I have been a client of MTC since the day they opened and the service there has been outstanding from the Manager-Francis to Heather and Robert and the rest of the gang. I have purchased for myself as well as friends and family over 15 TV's and that is why I keep going back because of the service by all in store and will always go back.

Friendly staff and usually busy.  Good prices and good products.   Electronics are a tad over priced for refurbished

I've been going to MTC for years and have never been left disappointed. Their customer service and prices are top notch plus they offer very reasonable warranty extensions. All team members do a fantastic job and make sure you're satisfied with your experience. Special shout out to Francis and Heather! I tell everyone I know to check this place out if they're looking for appliances and TVs. Keep up the good work!
