Approached them to pause my membership for a few months since i will be away from the city and apparently they don't have any options to satisfy the consumer, only options to satisfy the business... The "manager" tried to compare their gym membership to a car loan or house mortgage (NONSENSE), absolute no business common sense. I have been to multiple gyms around the country and each single one does have an option to pause membership or continue to pay monthly fees and they would extend the membership for the duration i was away..

Promoted as health club but better described as cesspool of filth. Mold coveted showers, filthy washrooms, dirt covered broken machines. Tears in mats. Waste of $ can't wait to be out of contract. Good instructors, ass-h0les at front desk.

Really disappointing service recently. I purchased a Manduka mat and was unhappy with the quality after using once. Was told I had to go through Manduka directly for a return. When I contacted them, they told me there was nothing they could do as I didn’t purchase directly from Manduka. Puzzling! To add insult to injury I noticed that the mat I paid $113 for retails for $42 US online. I brought this up to a representative and was told that that is standard mark up. Being in the business myself, I know this is an EXTREME mark up. Not standard retail. I have been waiting since Wednesday for a call from a Movati manager to sort this out. Feeling like there is no recourse after being ripped off... it’s too bad because I like the services but feel so under appreciated as a client after this. I would discourage buying any equipment from Movati.

I agree with Ryan that it's more like a Health Club than a Gym and that they are quick to repair the equipment and the staff is very pleasant! For what they offer, the price is reasonable. I love it there!!
