I recently visited Movati Trainyards on a Saturday to take advantage of their promotion offering 4 weeks free. I had an appointment and was assisted by a kind lady who walked me through the details. While she couldn’t answer my specific question about payments and openly admitted she didn’t know, I appreciated her honesty and straightforwardness.nnOn Monday, I called again to clarify the payment issue and mentioned my interest in joining. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was finally connected to someone named Benjamin or Ben. I explained my situation from Saturday, and he seemed to understand and knew about my experience on Saturday. He assured me that he would personally book an appointment for me at 11:15 with himself, not with another representative.nnHowever, when I arrived at the club, I was informed by the help desk that Ben / Benjamin was busy with another client and had actually scheduled me with the same individual who previously couldn’t address my concerns. This lack of professionalism was both surprising and disappointing. It was clearly with an ill intention.nnThankfully, the help desk referred me to Yonis, who was incredibly kind and professional. Yonis handled my concerns efficiently and made the experience better.nnThat said, the unprofessional behavior displayed by Ben / Benjamin could have escalated into more conflict had it not been for the intervention of the help desk and Yonis. This kind of service is not what I expected, especially since my first experience at Movati Trainyards six years ago was far superior.nnI hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I am likely not the only one who has experienced such issues. It’s disappointing to see how some staff members seem to prioritize getting paid over maintaining professionalism and ethical behavior. Movati Trainyards used to set a higher standard, and I hope they work to retrain their staff to bring that standard back.
The amount of money you pay to be a member and they NEVER have attachments for the cable machines. 10 machines and 2 ropes and 1 set of handles... Been coming here for years and it's starting to really go downhill. They oversell memberships so it's always too busy. Steam room saves the place.
Friendly staff, clean and spacious areas with plenty of machines available — showers and changing room can get pretty busy during peak hours, but it’s manageable. Love the smoothie bar, towel service, and group classes!
The customer service at Movatti Athletic is excellent. Ben, the accountant, is very welcoming and takes the time to explain everything clearly, offering great deals. The gym itself is clean, well-organized, and despite being quite busy, it never feels overcrowded. This location might have more members than others, but it’s still a fantastic experience, and I really enjoyed my time here.
