Marilyn is the main reason I love this gym! She always goes above and beyond for everyone. The gym is spotless whenever she’s working, and she always greets everyone with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. If you need anything, she’s always there to help. I’ve never seen anyone so positive and genuinely happy every time she’s on shift. We truly appreciate you, Marilyn — keep up the amazing work!

Fabiola does an amazing job keeping the gym spotless! She’s always friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and organized. You can really tell she takes pride in her work — the place always looks and smells great. She deserves recognition for how much care and effort she puts in every day!

If I could give zero stars I would. Was a member years ago, including personal training but left because of poor customer service. Thought I’d give it a try 8 years later .. let’s just sum it up that they are consistent with one thing only… poor customer service. I couldn’t even sign up today because no one could take payment and then after waiting 25 minutes for someone to arrive they were busy. I guess they don’t share schedules. I was able to work out and schedule an appointment for right afterwards.. showed up promptly for our time to be stood up for 15 ministers then I just walked out. My time is too valuable and apparently they don’t need new business. If you’re thinking about joining don’t bother!!

Just wanted to say that Soheil and Maliheh are great staff members. They really do their best to make sure the environment is clean, positive, and healthy for everyone, and it shows.nSoheil is especially great at communicating and always greets people with a charming smile, which makes for a really welcoming experience.nThey are fantastic, and their hard work is definitely appreciated!

I absolutely love the gym! There are so many facilities available to use, including a sauna and steam room that are very well maintained. The classes are really fun and I love that there are also woman’s only classes and an entire woman’s only section!nnJudy and Ainsley are two of my favourite instructors.nAinsley’s classes are always so much fun and she is so funny, makes me laugh every class. I love how challenging she can make things but also gives many other modifications.nnJudy’s classes are also so much fun and I learn a lot of different movements from her. She’s also very good at reminding you to keep your form.nnWould highly recommend this gym!
