GoodLife Fitness Centres

Whenever I’m in Ottawa, I always stop by GoodLife Fitness Herongate, and a big reason for that is Isiah. Even though it’s not my home gym, he consistently makes the place feel welcoming with his positive attitude and great hospitality. On top of that, the equipment is great, and the gym is almost double the size of what it used to be, which makes training there even better

Update:nEven though they replied to my comment and said they'd take cleaning seriously, they haven’t done anything about the dusty hangers yet. I was there yesterday and the same thing was still there. Also, there was a towel left on the bench.n---------nThey really need to take cleaning more seriously. The jacket hangers look like they haven’t been touched since winter and are all covered in dust. The bottoms of the lockers have stains, and there’s often a towel left behind in the change rooms. On top of that, water is usually left on the floor after people shower, which makes it slippery and unsafe. This is not the level of service we deserve, especially considering the membership fee isn’t low at all.

I don’t go to GoodLife but I came in recently with a friend. I was never considering switching gyms before but I spoke to Isiah and he was super helpful. I really appreciated his hospitality, patience, and customer service!

I don’t always have pleasant experiences with certain people at the desk especially when I ask to borrow things lady with the white hair is actually quite rude, but big shout out to Isiah for always making my friends and I feel welcome and helping out with a smile. Gym itself is large & recently updated with more equipment than before

Great location, great staff.nnI've had Karanveer as a personal trainer for a little over a year and had an excellent experience. I feel that I am always pushed to my limit, and the emphasis on proper form gives me confidence that I will not be exposed to injury. On top of this he is a very funny and interesting guy to talk to. Overall, I've lost over 30lb while gaining a significant amount of muscle mass.nnI would absolutely recommend.
