Great place, amazing coach's and people! I have been there for many months now and I only have good things to say. Coach's are extremely great people, they extremely know their stuff, there all certified and if you have any old, or new, injuries they will work around them and make sure you can still have a great workout and reach your goals without aggravating your injuries. 

For all ages. Extremely welcoming club. The vibe is great there, quality equipment and AMAZING workouts! 

This is the real deal people! Try it yourself you won't regret it!

Dropped in a few times during the week as I was out of town. The owner, Jonathan, was quick to respond to my request to drop-in and was quite helpful and flexible in assisting me in picking times during the week to come in. Coaching was superb and the WODs varied throughout the week keeping me engaged and challenged. The "clients" attending were super easy going and laid back making the visit feel more like being at my home box. Highly recommend any "out of towners" to give CF Actus a shout when coming to Ottawa.

I was visiting from BC, and after a rude response to a request to drop in at another box, I gave Actus a shot. I'm really glad that things worked out the way they did. Actus is well equipped and clean, the coaches were through and engaged, and everyone was really welcoming. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Ottawa for work. Bonus: I might have grown an ab muscle? Really great place guys, if you are in the market for new box, I'd definitely reccomend giving them a shot.

Awesome staff and a great workout! They help you learn at your own pace and will push you when you're ready. Everyone is supportive and you feel comfortable, no matter what your fitness level is.

Went to Crossfit Actus when visiting Ottawa recently and was incredibly impressed by both the quality of coaching and the prestine facilities. I will definitely be going back and would recommend anyone else looking for a welcoming community to check it out too!
