Got to say, love this gym. Had it all. Great setting, a labyrinth of different rooms with different unique features, that classic local gym vibe, excellent music, friendly staff, and it all came together to a really good gym. Little quarks - there are a lot of different rooms and each has a different smell. They’re not bad smells, but because you go to different rooms you notice it. Also they don’t allow loose chalk so you can rent it for $2, not to bad to keep the chalk dust down. Good work out areas and an older moon board setup. Ottawa is lucky to have this place.

Ok hole-in-the-wall climbing gym located in the shipping docks at the back of a strip mall.  A bit worn down, with not a lot of natural light, and one of the rooms has an odd smell.  Easy to get started, has lower cost membership than some other gyms, and seems to be kid friendly with a kids top rope wall.  Would give a 3.5 rating if I could.  Currently my gym due to location.

Had an amazing time here.nnThe gym is fabulous and the trainers are awesome.nnGreat place to shed my fats and gain strength.nnThese activities look simple but believe me requires core strength and stamina. One would definitely benefit by regularly visiting gym and climbing with bare hands. Also there are several other machines to warm you up.

Access to gym and its entrance is very industrial and simple. But the moment you walk in, it is amazing and large with sooo many more options of boulders and top toppings …. So much bigger and variety than Altitude gym.nThe price is more than reasonable.$25/ person including shoe rental.  No time limite so you can try out everything and it was an absolute fun to spend the whole afternoon.n$5 more to get top topping instruction and included harness rental.nnDefinitely will come back again soon!!!

Two thumbs down. Setting 2/5. Atmosphere 1/5. Temps 1/5 no A/C. Staff 1/5. Holds 3.5/5. Space 4/5. Price 3/5.     Not allowing real chalk is an insult to the sport of climbing. Charging an extra 10$ for a 5 minute lead test is ridiculous, especially considering the quality of the routes really bad. If it wasn’t for the moon board I would’ve left very early. The belaying system is absolute insanity, probably the dumbest system ever humanly conceived.nnOn the plus side, they have a ton of walls and boulders to try. They also have tons of unique holds which is exciting.nnOverall this gym was a disappointment. Mediocre.
