Fit4Less

7/14 treadmills are working, continously broken equipment, no ankle cuffs ever, rude staff when I try to adress it with them. Worrs gym EVER!

Its a great gym for great value. Sometimes equipment is down for extended periods of time but hey thats what you get for a place literally called 'fit for less'. Thats why it only get 4 stars because it just cant offer thay premium experience if you want that pay more and go elsewhere. If you wanna get fit then this place works. Also staff have always been incredibly friendly to myself and from what I view other gym goers. The atmosphere is good as the clients who use this gym vary so much, so no need to be shy. Its literally EVERY type of gym goer and I have never had an issue. As a women I feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Its big in there so even when its busy its easy to get your workout in. I should add too iv seen repair guys in lately fixing up lots so thats encouraging.

I couldn't imagine a worse place to work out.nnNo showers, no locker rooms and feels like you're working out in a prison.nnI called to cancel my membership after 6 days, and requested a refund, they declined to give me a refund despite the customer protection act's cooling off period, allowing me to get a refund if the membership hasn't been active for 10 days.nnManagement is obviously trained to decline refund's unless the customer cites the customer protection act.nnLuckily I was able to get a refund by calling and speaking with another member of their team, I can appreciate that.nnGoing to this gym has been an eye-opening experience, I will be going back to Movati.nnI would steer clear of this place.

One of the worst experiences i ever had, i did a subscription and in less than a month they said you are due 40$ pay it back to go again to the gym, i did pay and i got an e-mail confirmation thought all was fine but still they never authorized me to enter the gym saying that i was due for a lot time. Went there in person they said all your payments ate done and your card should be functioning fine. Still i tried multiple times but always not working. They said give us a call è.é . On that call the girl on the phone said that u just had to pay the 40$ because it was due then they will close the account. I was never told that. Could write a lot more about that horrible experience.

Equipment is often broken. 2/3 leg extension machines. Lat pull down machines or cable machines are often broken. There is no deadlift platform/trap bar. The abductor/adductor machine is uneven. The benches aren’t properly maintained where the head of the bench is either too low causing risk of injury where head lays or too high.nnA friend of mine at the gym made reasonable requests to have these fixed as well as asked for equipment where 121 signed a petition and management ignored the all.nnAn example: we asked for a dead lift platform. Her response was people would slap weights and make noise. This doesn’t happen. Dead lift platforms reduce noise.nnWe asked for higher weighted dumbbells as many Fit4Less have these. The manager said there’s no room when there indeed is a lot of room. Proof can be provided to show this. On one hand she said there’s no room but on another hand she also mentioned how they want to install showers.nnIt’s frustrating when management won’t listen to the many who have signed a petition 121 signature to have essential equipment.
