Very polite staff. As soon as they realized there were some issues the manager was quick to try to rectify the situation. The new sales person was very helpful and curious. Therefore I have changed my review to a positive one. Definitely recommend this place.

I did my first service for my Atlas there, booked it very easily online. There was no problem at all booking the day and the time I wanted. Received a personalized confirmation email right away. Dropping and picking the car was very smooth, no wait for the shuttle bus both ways, very decent service guy called Matthew McLean.

My experience at Milton Volkswagen was like no other!! Working with Tyler, Shawn and Stefan was such a different experience than other dealerships I have gone to. All three of them were informative, patient and kind. They made me feel as though we were all part of this Volkswagen family! They made sure we were looked after every step of the way and provided us all the information we needed to help us make an informed decision. My husband and I both have Volkswagen TDI’s and therefore were forced to deal with the headache that came with making a decision on the settlement options- It was not a good experience; however as mentioned above since going to Milton Volkswagen that’s all changed. They made what seemed to be a burden and turned it into a positive experience- pointed out all the positives this could be for us. We are really happy with the services all three men provided. Knowing that great people like the three of them work for this company, has helped us regain faith and confidence again. We definitely plan on trading in our other car at this dealership and having our car serviced there as well. Thanks guys!

I picked up my 2018 Golf from Milton VW yesterday and boy did I have a great experience from day one. All the the sales staff are super friendly and never pushy, Armand my sales man took the time to go over all the numbers and they were very transparent. On delivery my car looked amazing, he took the time to go over every detail and scheduled my first appointment! Lynn went over all the paperwork and she was super pleasant. I'll be back for an atlas next year! Highly recommend this store!

It's always a pleasure to do service here. The drive through service bay is amazingly convenient, especially when it's cold. My advisor Jesse greated me at my door before I even got out of my car. They did the service I needed and didn't push anything I didn't need, I can totally trust these guys with my car and my money. Hands down the best dealership in the area. Highly recommended!
