Great experience servicing our car.  We moved to Milton about a year ago and switched for convenience to Milton Honda.  We have received great service from Al, Joanna and Rochelle and are glad we switched.  Very convenient and we take advantage of the late night hours after we get to work.  Thanks for having a kids waiting area as well ;)

Took care of my problem (eventually).

I visited this dealership to get my faulty tailgate fixed before the warranty ran out. It took me three trips to convince the service department that the tailgate latching mechanism was faulty. On the fourth appointment the assistant service manager asked me to come back yet another day, got upset when I insisted on honoring the appointment and basically told me to take my car and go, as apparently he "was doing me a favor" and the car was no longer under warranty (it WAS at the time of first 2 appointments).

After filing a complaint I was contacted by management of the dealership (Rob Leggat), who was very polite and apologetic about my experience. He scheduled the service within two weeks of contacting me and the latch was taken care of. I just wish I didn't have to spend nearly 3 months and 5 trips to get to this point.

They were open Civic holiday Monday which was convenient. Excellent modern facility with full parts and service. Even with the service department closed for the holiday they still sold and delivered a new Honda lawn mower. Impressive place and worth trying for all power equipment. I shopped around and found their products although higher in price than competitors were great value.

Best experience I've had at a dealership.  Emmanuel and Irfan made the process really seamless and pleasant, nothing high pressure. There were a couple issues/concerns and requests I had part-way through the sales process due to some miscommunication, but I let Emmanuel know and when I came to pick up the vehicle everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. Got a great deal on a vehicle I'm happy with. I would not hesitate to return here for my next vehicle or to recommend the place to others.
