This is the best service you can get from any bell store hands down. Great staff very helpful and they can get you the best deals on residential services. I went me and wife and were amazed by the professionalism and deals of the agents. I recommend this store as Bell has the best product but not always the best custommer service.

Hands downs, the best service in a Bell store I've received to date. I usually have good experiences at the branches I go to but go to this one. Efficiency, comfortability, clarity. No complaints. I am satisfied customer. I went to upgrade my phone/get a new contract.

I have been trying to work with this store for years. I have done a couple of upgrades and some purchases here. Some of the staff have been helpful, respectful, and courteous. Others have been terrible. terrible customer service, hot shot attitudes have been experienced with some "sales" reps. The latest fiasco was a rep trying to force me to pay an extra $300 ) to get on the VIP list!!!...this was the extended warranty he wanted me to buy.
