Wow.... I've been shopping at this Michael's location for as long as I can remember. The employees were always so nice and helpful. I have always enjoyed shopping here and haven't had any complaints until tonight. (11-18-17 somewhere between 4:45pm and 5:25 pm)The cashier who ringed me up, seemed very agitated and impatient. She never once smiled or spoke to me in a polite manner. She often rolled her eyes as she worked the register. I didn't get her name because she didn't even give me my receipt! I was in a rush and didn't realize it until I walked out with just my change in my hand. Terrible customer service! I called in and spoke with a manager about it and what do you know...They had already received a complaint about her so I wasn't the only one she had dealt with in such manner! The manager told me that they will take care of the situation but to be honest im not so sure considering the fact that the manager was actually on duty while this took place. You would think not by the way that cashier conducted herself. Holidays are approaching and I will be damned if I spend my money here with this type of customer service. There's always Hobby Lobby..
