Best Buy

I was served very quickly and very nicely today. I really appreciated the fact that everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to get in and out with my grandson very quickly when we needed to do so. I did notice that the store appeared to have a little less stock than the last time I was there, but perhaps that’s just a sign of the times these days.

Great service! I ordered a tv and bracket online, they e-mailed me that it was ready.nI went to the store and decided to talk to a store rep by the tvs section. He was so helpful at suggesting what I needed to do to set up everything for my tv. Picked up my order and some extra stuff, it worked out perfectly. Would highly recommend them and buy from them again!

I went in to buy a computer which was already researched. I knew the make and model and showed they were in stock. I let the greeter know I wanted to purchase a computer and he said he would send an associate to meet me. I waited with another couple. In the meantime another couple came in and joined us. The associate came and helped the first couple but never asked who was next. I was standing next to the check out station. He jumped to other clients and would not make eye contact with me when I tried to get his attention.nnThen as he finished with everyone in the area except me another lady walked up and he immediately went to work with her. After 15 minutes he took her to the Geek Squad counter and stood there laughing and talking with the woman and Geek Squad tech.nnI was in the store for one hour and twenty minutes trying to get someone to hand me a computer from stock. I used the time to shop online for other options.nnI went to the only other staff person I could find in the store and explained I had waited for almost an hour and a half for a computer. He explained a large group of employees had recently quit. I asked if I could speak to a store manager. He said they had gone on vacation which I find as inexcusable.nnIf you are significantly understaffed you should have a numbering system to help people in the order they arrived.nnI paid extra but Amazon delivered the same computer this morning.nnI figure Best Buy will not be in our community very long and the next time I shop there will be for a going out of business sale.nnThis is the first negative review I have ever left on Google. However, there was no way to contact management to discuss. Inexcusable.

The only reason why the rating isn't lower is because of Geek Squad's employee, Dan. He has always been so helpful, and we all love him! My computer had a busted screen and has been an issue more than 4 times. Dan always worked tirelessly to inform me of the status and next steps.nnThe screen isn't the stores fault, it's corporate. Which, we actually called corporate and one of their reps admitted to my father that the warranty is a scam for money, so that was a BIG no no!nnMost of the sales reps are super helpful, too!

Jordan & Gorden were an exceptional team! My entire OS was fully corrupted and it took about an hour to diagnose, repair and have me out the door yet we got to have a lot fun while working on the computer! Very impressive guys! Keep up the great work! See ya in 6 months when my computer starts acting up again lmao. Sincerely, - Jack Bond.
