Discount Tire Store - Bourbonnais, IL

Cant be more excited to put in my review. I was so distraught that one of my tires was flat because of a nail and discount tires accommodated me right away even though they were about to close. And to top it off, it was free! Everyone was so nice and they fixed it right away and i didnt have to cancel and of my plans.nI never used discount tires before but I am to make sure I go to them for any tire needs in the future.

Had tires put on a couple weeks ago on my 2015 Dodge Durango. Was getting late, 2 workers worked on my vehicle I never had any issues with my vehicle other than tires to be replaced and now I have a damaged oil pan!!! Not sure how they lifted my vehicle up but I am most definitely positive this happened during their service!!! No need to complain to them, they will only deny any wrongdoings!!!! Belle tire is where I should have went!! Blowing oil everywhere

I called Discount Tires on Thursday and ordered tires that I wanted. Not in stock at this location and I was told they should have them by evening. I made appointment for 9:15am Friday. Thursday early evening I was called and informed they had the tires. Friday morning I arrived at 8:55am for my 9:15 appointment. I was met in the lot by an employee that took my keys and checked me in. I was sitting in the lobby at 9:05am. At 9:13am I was told that the car would soon be ready. At 9:17am I was told the car was ready and I was given my sales receipt. I drove out of the lot at 9:25am and I was given a bottle of water. This was the fastest tire change I ever experienced. I can recommend Discount Tires as I am very pleased with the service I received. OH! I forgot to mention the lobby is very clean and neat.

Customer service to the extreme. Brought 4 tires that I purchased from Tire Rack there at 3:30pm on a Friday. Mounted, balanced with new tire pressure sensors. Got the car back by 4:45. Very pleased. Car is headed to Texas tomorrow early.

Woke up to a flat, was able to quickly make an appointment for the same day over the phone. Was very pleased with the work and customer service of both Cayden & Jacob. They both went over the top for me which was very much appreciated! My car was done within an hour of my appointment, too.
