I went here today to purchase 2 floor mats, and the young lady at terminal 42 was amazing. Not only did she help me to determine the correct price for my mats, she saw that I am a veteran from the Marine Corps and offered me the veterans discount. How awesome is that? Lowe's you rock as my grandchildren would say. Great Job!

I've had nothing but constant trouble dealing with this store. Bought a hot water heater...went out in under a year. Bought a washer, it needed maintenance after not even 5 average sized loads, and needed maintenance again within 6 months after that. Most recently I tried to order kitchen appliances, once through the website, once directly in store. Both times, after weeks of no updates, I get notified suddenly that I won't get any of them for over 2 more months, despite both orders telling me, when ordering, that I'd have them within 2-3 weeks. The workers will not take any responsibility for the lies they told, and all the manager will do is offer an "I'm sorry, but this can happen with special order" excuse. Done with this place and taking my business somewhere else.

We went right to the outside doors and told the man what kind we were looking for....He took us to the door we found, pulled it out, he put it on a cart and we were done! He was very nice, knew what he was talking about, and very helpful! We checked out about ten A.M. We appreciate his help and we will be back!

There is always friendly staff around asking to help. The store layout is easy to navigate and there is a large selection. Its a relief going to a store without gimmicks or hype just to get you inside.
