Was a nice atmosphere and good music in the background. Steve was a really helpful person. Helped us carry stuff to our car. Very happy.

I phoned to find out about printing a document from my email. I understand that I may need to create a PDF or go through some process to ensure this happens. I need a printout of the email. I phone ahead to make sure I am prepared for when I come in. Why do I need to sit and listen to all the things you can't do? I may have been rude by interrupting the woman on the phone but I asked her can't she just tell me what she can do? And tell me what I would need to do to make this happen? I'm on a schedule. I need to make this happen. Even after I explain that creating a pdf from my email would be no problem I know how to do this and can email it to your location I want to verify this is what I need to do and she is like telling me more of what they can't do and finally she is like yeah this would be the preferred process. Maybe this is a 'no experience necessary' position answering the phones here.. But seriously if there were other options and I wasn't out of town and needing to print out my documents I would have searched far and wide for other services. Halfway through the conversation with her I actually considered just buying a new printer. I am glad I don't live here and have to depend on these services.

Cashier was very helpful and offered to bring my case of paper to my car for me.
