I had an exceptional experience with John in the shoe department. His expertise about foot problems really stood out, and he provided knowledgeable recommendations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor throughout. He took the time to understand my specific needs and offered solutions that were genuinely helpful. His combination of deep product knowledge and excellent customer service made the shopping experience outstanding. Highly recommend asking for John if you need help finding the right shoes, especially if you have specific foot concerns!

I purchased a pair of shorts and headed to my car. When I got to the car I realized I got the wrong sized, so I went back in to exchange them. As I walked back inside I was greeted by an employee who I just saw with “we close at 7PM, that’s in 10 minutes”. I was obviously aware of the time. I just want to grab the correct size and return the others. I quickly grabbed what I needed and headed to the counter. There I was told by another employee it took 15 minutes for a receipt to register in their system. The employee then said “we close at 7PM, my clock reads 6:53PM, we open at 9AM tomorrow you’ll have to come back then”. Well I stood there and debated what I wanted to to I was told twice more they closed at 7PM. I realize y’all close at 7PM but, a little customer service would’ve been nice. I can read a clock, I don’t need to be reminded 4 times you close at 7PM.

Sent me the wrong bat 2 times and tried to argue that I was sent the correct bat. Also canceled one of my orders for an unknown reason and didn't refund me my money

Never felt the need to leave a review for a sporting goods store, but this is for the associate, Mason, who was working in shoes. This dude was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He explained the difference in a couple of different shoes in order to help me make the best choice, recommended a great in-sole and socks. He had it all covered without being pushy or overwhelming.

Either give your managers more power to care of things, train them differently, or get a new computer system for returns
