Craiglee Nursing Home

My grandma was at Craiglee for many, many years. First on 1E and then on 2W until she passed away peacefully in her bed there. She had Parkinson's disease, a fractured knee and ovarian cancer, which are all complex to care for, especially with a language barrier mainly Tamil speaking. They took such loving care of my grandma that they felt like close family members who looked out for her best interest. They communicated any issues with us up front and ensured that her safety and care were priority. The whole team was exceptionally kind and supportive and we're so happy we chose this nursing home from the very beginning. We 100% recommend Craiglee to anyone looking to put their loved ones in a caring nursing home. We truly feel like they went above and beyond what we expected.

Mom has been there since April 2023. She calls it her 5 star hotel !! Has good meals. Great snacks. Clean. Programmes are descent !! Bingo. Cooking. Exercise music I am happy !!

2 days ago we admitted our 88 year old mother to Craiglee LTC. Words alone can not express our happiness. As an ICU RN for 40 years I'm very familiar with Healthcare. The staff is very caring,attentive and organized. The menu is very tasteful and healthy. The facility is very clean. Strict COVID protocols are in place. Having our mother at Craiglee is a great sense of comfort for us.

My mother in law has been here since October. Very impressed with Covid precautions. She will soon be getting her 4th shot. Staff are caring comforting and considerate. They are always keeping the unit clean. Great healthy meals. Physio,exercise classes and of course colouring. Would highly recommend.

After seeing the news article on this place why has it not shut down? Apparently there have been reports of abuse and failure to train new staff properly for years! Clearly this place has no real regard for caring for the elderly and operates as a quick and dirty business. People should not be treated the way shown in the video clips and this place should be knocked to the ground and those involved jailed - not just fired - but sent to jail for assault and abuse.
