Balmy Beach Club

This review is based strictly on the property as a venue and not as a club or the club's facilities. I may return one day to review the rest of it.nnThis was a Christmas season gathering for employees of a local business. The party room is large and square, making it user friendly and suitable for many kinds of gatherings. The elevated stage is great for D.J.s , live bands and even some live performers or for award ceremonies.nnYou have to walk through the bar area a seating to get to the party room, which affords you the opportunity to connect with some familiar or new faces.nnThe staff is culturally adept, relate well to patrons, speak fluent English, are friendly and professional.nnThe bathrooms are nicely designed and clean.nnThis is a beaches community venue suitable for the urban professional or yuppie. You can expect to make good contacts in this friendly environment.nnWith respect to the chef, whom I have not met, the Arancini, what you call rice balks, should be stuffed with ragu sauce and peas. Skimping on this makes the deep fried rice junk food. If you like, I know a few Sicilian grandmother's that can show you how to make them properly.nnIt is wonderfully situated on the beach, which unfortunately also works against it when it comes to parking for larger gatherings. This is the reason I'm not giving it a 5-star rating as a venue for events.

Great food and service! Very friendly I had a sandwich served with salad, chocolate cake with whipped cream and wine. The wasps stayed outside and I was safe inside with a beautiful view. Plenty of free parking available for first come first serve. Gorgeous walk on the beach or directly on the boardwalk. Near a dog park as well. Nice way to access woodbine beach.

One of the best beaches near Toronto, less crowded, sand beach and a long walking trail. Great time spent in summer

Great location, staff are always friendly. My FIL is a member so we go for lunch occasionally here, my daughter loves to play here and the staff are accommodating to kids. Decent food and a great place to have a drink with a great view.

Fantastic experience with Paddle Pirates at Woodbine & Cherry Beach! The equipment was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful location for kayaking and paddleboarding with amazing views. Perfect spot for outdoor fun in Toronto—highly recommend!
