I usually appreciate the service at this store and find the staff VERT helpful. However, my recent visit was not enjoyable. As I was trying to get some help to findi some items, it was difficult to interrupt two employees chatting about their social lives. They barely looked at me. Thankfully the service at the cashier was much better.
Had an amazing experience with Youssef at Bureau en Gros! He was super patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helped me pick the best phone plan for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made the whole process really smooth. On top of that, I got my favorite phone nHighly recommend asking for him if you need help with phones or plans!
I shop there once in a while and always find it a pleasant experience. For a store that has so much inventory , it's hard to find my way but the staff are helpful. I was helped by a young man, Lucas F. on Saturday.., he was very pleasant, knowledgeable , took his time to guide me .. thank you very much will shop at this store again ty
