Need to write this 5 star review for an employee at Bureau en Gros named Patrick. In the midst of a big rush, he found what I needed in 30 seconds. His personality, initiative and attitude was what we need in our businesses. He needs to be promoted. Merci Patrick
By far the most worst and abrasive customer service I have ever had in my whole life. I showed up at 530 closing time at 7 The two girls at the printing station have no idea what they are doing and kinda blow you off for you to figure it out on your own. No experience and no knowledge of what they sell. The manager was far worse, when I asked him a question it was « I am extremely busy and I do not have time for this » expressing in front of customers that they again don’t have time for this, that they want to go eat but they can’t and making back handed comments in front of clients; also saying to clients that they need to figure it out themselves because he doesn’t have time. When asking someone else for help it was « well mam, we’re closing soon » when it was only 6pm. Finally after figure it out by myself, it was 630, I was finally ready to print if I had help it would have gone faster the girl came over and closed my session and I lost all my work, forced to do it all over again until they turned the computers offline and it was closing time. I was there for over an hour and a half, begging for help and I only left with frustration and a poor customer service experience. I was told to order it online but they failed to tell me about the payment methods.nnMy advice to this printing station, is more knowledge about the products need to be shown to the employees, also taking time with customers. Customers don’t want to hear that you don’t have time for them, it’s actually super disrespectful and degrading for the staples company. There is absolutely no excuse or apologies needed here, what needs to be done is for higher up to come and talk to these people.

I also had the same exact experience as the last review Leya BellsnnThe employees have no idea what they are doing and basically leave you with no help and constantly say they don’t have time for this when asking them a question. I went yesterday and it was « I don’t have time for this » « we are very busy » « we want to go on our lunch break » and making inappropriate comments to clients, making us feel very uncomfortable to even ask for help or simply just to pay. I wasted a whole hour trying to figure it out by myself because I felt like I would get in trouble for even asking for help. As a customer I should not feel this way when the employees are there to serve us with customer service. After an hour of no help, the session had closed and I lost all my work. Today I went at OPENING and it was the same attitude, I could feel their frustration and it made me frustrated. The employee told me she didn’t have time right in front of another client who was waiting to ask her a question.nnAfter all of that the manager came over and told me that she was doing me a favour ?!?! Which is the most insulting thing ever considering the customer service I had recieved the day before. If I would of had help yesterday my order would have been ready. But instead I had to constantly hear that the employees don’t have time. The printing station 100% needs to be reevaluated considering that it sometimes intells important documentation. Employees need to know what they are doing. The managers need to keep their attitude to themselves and number one serve clients with a good customer service. Never going back to this bureau en gros. Definitely very very degrading of the managers and employees to represent their company like this and basically shun customers away. Not worth the fight either.
Attitude, customer service and integrity are at the foundation of what makes a company great. walked into one of your locations and was met with rudeness self entitlement and pure plain out disrespectfulness by employee called ROBIN. That's the last time I come to this location. There is no place in the world for just rudeness.
