Ordered online same day print around midnight. Finally after waiting for my turn in store at 5:10pm they said my order hasn’t been furfilled. I asked them if its suppose to be done today they said yes, to which I replied that they close in 50minutes. They said yes and began servicing other clients... I waited until it was 5:55pm to go back again at the counter for my order. They asked me numerous times if my order was for stickers, cards etc, to which I replied it’s simply 2 4x6 pictures. By this time the store is closed and I’m the only one left. This woman came into the store after hours and got serviced before me to get her package, unbelievable. I then heard the employees talking saying the need to just quickly print my order. I finally got my order at 6:15pm after almost a 1.5h hour wait. I do not recommend, the quality of my prints are poor and not even glossy like I asked. Never again!

Terrible service. I had a prepaid fedex labels. I needed to put return enveloppe in the first one. They refused me & refused explanations as why. I will not only never return. Other locations had give me proper service so i will not stop going to chain. But the condescending replies i got there.... Never again.

They must have been 6-8 employees who were basically doing nothing yet when you call the store no one answers... I had to ask for help after waiting a few minutes with a huge box at the counter where shipping used to be, as of it wasn't obvious with my huge box ... To be told to go wait at another counter on the opposite side of entrance...at least the last person was attentive and helpful but I really can't say the same for the rest of staff who seemed to not give a flying whoot about the job...

Busy place, but the employees you finally get to help you know their stuff. Shout out to Tarek, found 3 pieces of I.D. I had left on the photocopier a week prior, was so happy to see the printout I forgot the originals ! Thank you so much!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon to use a self-serv printer to make photocopies and only 1 of 3 printers were in service. There were a lot of people waiting, so I decided to leave.
