I've been receiving excellent service from Wesley lately. He's really knowledgeable in the electronics department and has helped me find what I needed for gaming purposes and more in the future. From my experience, I'd recommend his services for customers seeking products within said section of the store that align with their needs.nnOverall, I've been a loyal customer with Bureau en Gros for a very long time and I got nothing but positive experiences with their team whenever I did business with them.

I received a top service from one of the employees who guided me on how to save money by printing a document through the printer all by myself instead of paying more through the front-desk employees who would charge much more! What a way to show big caring for customers. I definitely recommend this place!

Terrible place for printing. The employees dont know anything about it and the results are ridiculous. I was charged 22$ for 10 bussiness cards because they didnt know how to print them. I looked up the correct price afterwards and saw that I should have had a 100 for that price.

The version of Staples in the Province of Quebec is “Bureau en Gros.” At the time 8pm of my visit on 09 November, the store was not busy, with hardly any customers. The scanning process was not very self explanatory or to my eyes not very user friendly.nnI asked for help. Regrettably, the evening employee at the counter was not at all helpful or service oriented. I asked for the manager and was told by him that “they’re not there to explain how to use the system.” I was surprised by his answer, and told him that I could understand that the Customer Services Reps may not have time if the store was full and they were busy, but that on this particular evening the Reps were visibly chatting and did not seem busy.nnTo the manager’s credit, he gave me with a few helpful pointers to navigate the system, yet this was merely in reaction to my comment. A better reply would’ve been for the Customer Service Rep to provide the same few pointers and try to see the situation from the paying customer’s point of view.nnThe level of service is not what I’m used to from other experiences at Staples, and I don’t recommend this location if you’re not tech savvy or can speak French as well as the employees.

Helpful staff found the Razor mouse I was looking for in the backroom, price matched it no problen. Few days later ordered online for pickup in stores and it was smooth sailing. Would recommend if the price is right.
