Well located and accessible grocery store. Lots of parking and a large variety of products, both fresh and packaged. They also have a very small garden section with seasonal plants.

Clean and well-organized grocery store. They have fresh produce and a good variety of items. Prices can be a bit higher than some other stores, but the quality is usually great. Staff are polite and checkout is quick.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Metro, but after my experience last night, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I went in with my two young kids, excited to pick up ingredients to make a pizza together. When I asked if they had any thawed pizza dough balls, one staff member genuinely tried to help and asked two colleagues if they could provide one of the several thawed dough balls available.nnUnfortunately, instead of trying to assist, the two employees became visibly frustrated. One was adamant, firm, and rude, insisting they only sell frozen dough. The other outright yelled “no” and both gave me hostile glares, making me feel as though I had asked for something completely unreasonable. The original employee seemed like they wanted to help but was completely shut down by the others.nnI’ve asked this same question at other Metro locations and have always been met with friendly, helpful service. Last night, I left feeling like I had done something wrong just by asking a simple question. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary experience.nnBecause of this negative interaction, I’ll be shopping at No Frills moving forward. It's actually closer to me, and I’d rather support a store where customers are treated with basic respect.

This is the largest supermarket in the area. It is very well stocked. It has a great fresh meat section, a Blackett and even a sushi station. Over the summer they also have an extensive garden centre. When it comes to the price we need to take a star away. It is a pleasure shopping here if you can afford it.

Cashiers are wonderful when they are working. My biggest peeve is the actual number of cashiers available. Self checkout is becoming king. I would rather stand in line to talk to a live person.
