Very convenient and easy to park location to do all your grocery shopping. I also found that this location has items that have a lot of time before they expire, and thus meaning they're fresh.nnI found the stuff to be much accommodating and friendly when it comes to looking for items and makes a whole shopping experience so much easier.nnI was a long time customer of the supermarket on redway LOBLA##nnot no more.

Good sized upmarket location with large selection, parking good, however no pharmacy. The best cherry pie cake and chocolate cookies. Sandwich sub box value pack with roast beef were also good. Signed up for their new loyalty points program which worked well for a good discount promo on my next order. Helpful Staff.

In October 2025, a bottle of house brand lemon juice that I bought at this Metro location contained a large organic growth. The discovery came after the juice had been consumed. I took high resolution photos of the tumor-like growth and sent the pictures and explanation to Metro.ca. I have heard nothing back from them. I believe that Metro would be interested in understanding the nature and origin of this contamination.

The staff at Metro Superstore, 656 Eglinton, are extremely racist. When I ask for help, they ignore or avoid me, but when a white English man or woman asks, they rush to assist. Even at self-checkout, they keep watching brown customers like we’re thieves. This behaviour is unfair and discriminatory.

I can't say enough, how I appreciate Metro to me in the Leaside area and to serve Us in East York.nnThis location has everything under one roof and it's all clean fresh and the customer help is superb. So glad to have a supermarket of this caliber in our area right at the North West corner of Bayview and Eglinton.nnTo all have a Merry Christmas and enjoy your time off and thanks for another year of great shopping at Metro!nnLeaside Community Approved.
