We have been dealing with Merit for almost ten years. Every office and home office we’ve ever had has always been furnished with everything from Merit. They’ve always been kind and helpful and we’ve sent many of our customers and friends and they have all had a positive experience.

This was the worst experience i have ever face with this merchant the owner has some thing wrong in his mind aggressive and do not care about customer services. I bought some chairs and file cabinet from him without negotiation the price and insist on him that i do not have any one to help me getting the stuff to my office and to charge what ever to do that and he charged me $150 for delivery even my office couple blocks from his warehouse and gave him the time and date he likes to deliver and to call me before he comes to open the door He did not call me and i was waiting at my friend office next to my office and called him to ask where he is he started to shout on me that i am late and he will not get the stuff into my office he through the stuff outside and i was alone with my little sun and it was raining and he told me the invoice says to the door not inside despite i insist before that i need it inside and start shouting. It was raining and i had to drag the stuff even it is very heavy and i have back problem I told him i will put bad review and he said i do not care I do not recommend to deal with this kind of business who do not care about you, their is a lot of places nicer and have better services and quality.

I was shocked at how unbelievably rude this company was to me. They advertised one price on Kijiji, and gave me a completely different price on the phone for the exact same product. I then read the ad to the representative on the phone, and he said that I was required to attend their showroom in person and that he wasn't interested in discussing the ad. I then told him that I'd like to place an order online or over the phone instead, and he yelled at me and told me that he didn't want to talk to me. I was calm and respectful for the entire phone call, but this person seemed to be aggressive and angry for no reason at all.
