I bought a bed set from them back in may 2017 and still waiting for them to come and fix my bed side panel after they installed a damaged piece. I have had to follow up with them for the past 5 months to find out how much longer I have to wait. I had emailed the owner Kashif more than once requesting for up an update and follow up calls as well. I wouldn't recommend them for customer service after a sale has been completed. They kept telling me that since the item has to be shipped through the US, it takes times. I was notified that the item reached the US two months ago and still no response on when the item will reach Canada. I do know then have one of a kind pieces, I would recommend finding the names of the make and ordering through them, for they will follow through much more promptly.

Purchased a dining table from these guys, delivery guys were so careless they damaged my hardwood floor and they don't have insurance. Concept furniture no longer answers my calls. I have no option but to sue them for the damaged caused. They also leave all the packaging behind.

I bought a leather sectional and dining room set from this store and my purchase experience was amazing. The service was great and the price was the best I found!! There are a lot of furniture stores in this area, but the other stores sell much lower-end furniture. The furniture you see here is the type you'd find at the boutique stores in Yorkville and Queen St., but priced much lower to compete against 100 other stores surrounding this one in Scarborough. I literally found the same items I saw at those boutique stores for THOUSANDS of dollars less. One of the items had an issue, and Kashif and Tariq took care of the problem until I was happy. It was this after sales service that lead me to write this review for them. I felt that the service and price definitely deserved 5-stars!!!

Not an honest or ethical business in my opinion. I tried to purchase several different occasional chairs, each and everyone "was not in stock, and no idea when they would be". I purchased a mirror, weeks later still had not heard from them, I was not given any explanation as to when I'd get my order, or why it wasn't here in the time frame I was told, etc. I went back and got my money refunded because I began to get a very bad feeling about this business. I found it strange that nothing I wanted in the store was available, and they just took my money and made no further effort to communicate with me regarding the status of my order after that. I'm not sure this is even a legit business. They have a showroom, but nothing they display is ever available, and I find that kind of weird. They lost my trust.
