Furniture Palace

This place should be shut down immediately!!!! , my girlfriend Went in to inquire about a sofa she had seen an advertisement for the owner told her it was $1000. When she told him she had seen the same one at a nearby store for $850 And asked what the best price he could do is . He told her "why don't you come after hours and show me best time for u to get best price" absolutely disgusting, he then proceeded to tell her she had a nice booti as she left . These people have no manners !!! Avoid at all costs we are currently seeking legal action against this MR.KHAN fellow!

BEWARE of this furniture store, the staff is absolutely disgusting. I went there closer to their closing time and seen the people drinking alcohol and the salesperson dealing with me was definitely drunk and verbally abused me saying you can’t afford this furniture leave the store you dirty Muslim. It’s absolutely Unbelievable I was shocked.

We bought a completely customized sectional (see the photo). We customized the size, the color, and so on. It is extremely beautiful and very affordable. They delivered it earlier than promised and it met our expectations. It has been two months, so I can't talk about quality of fabric. However, even if starts falling apart after 2 years, I won't have any regrets since the price I paid was significantly less than I would have if I were to buy it from one of the art furniture places. I understand the reason many people end up unhappy. You need to do all of your research and work yourself and be very careful. The margin these folk have are extremely small. You can't expect them to provide the same level of service that the big guys provide. Looking at other reviews, I want to add a comment. This is like buying your cell phone from kijiji. If you do your research and you get lucky, you will be extremely pleased. However, there is a chance that you don't get what you hoped for and that chance increase significantly if your expectation and the effort in communication and research do not match!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I purchased a new sofa set and I was promised a free delivery. My items were suppose to arrive in 5 days. I called in to get an update on my delivery, instead the guy told me that, tmr my item will be available for me to pick up. So I told them that upon my purchase u guys offered me free delivery. The Owners take over the phone and tells me to shut up and pick up ur items tmr and that we will charge storage fees. If ur items are not picked up within two days. I was extremely shocked due to his behavior. So I ended up going in with a bunch of my family members and forced them to return my items. Thank god I got my money back. But never again will I ever go to this store again!!!!!

The worst place , worst staff , worst service and the worst furniture I have ever seen especially there is a guy name JERRY he is horrible he doesn't know how to talk honestly I don't even wanna give a one star they don't worth it I bought a bedroom set from them and It has damage every where it doesn't look new at all and I spend almost $2000 they are not giving me my money back and aslo the guy JERRY he is not excepting anything and the top of that he talk so rude and said (don't call here again and go watch your kids) I'm like seriously who says this to there customers.. I have a very bad experience with them so PLEASE PLEASE Don't BUY ANYTHING FROM FURNITURE PALACE
