i bought a dining set from here everything was damaged and they refused to refund us our money. They said that we need the original boxes to return but the boxes where destroyed by the delivery guys. There was no place for us to keep the boxes as we couldn't even open our front door. I went to the store and they absolutely refused to take anything back.

Really nice experience. I really wanna appreciate the sales rep who was helping me out, explained everything very nicely and politely. Of course price and quality is better than the market.

Look, if I could give 0 stars I would. I've never written a review in my life but for this I had to. Trust me when I say this, you're better off just going to Ikea and buying from there. I purchased two bedroom suits and when I received them, I was astonished. The craftsmanship was poor and there were "glue" marks all over them which they said they would come clean. They didn't. Handles were all crooked and bedroom suits were so poorly cut that when placed they didn't line up. Funniest part, they blamed it on my 'uneven floors'. But the issues are the same with both bedroom suits and apparently my entire house had bad floors. Ha. Also, their customer service is ridiculous. They don't give you proper answers, they say they'll call you back but never do. I got them to come in and look at the suits to get them fixed, they came and said they would come back at a later date and fix all my issues. You know what they did? Changed all 48 handles. Just changed them. Didn't fix the fact that they were crooked or anything. And then when asked about fixing the fact that the suits don't line up, they said again that my floors were uneven. Trust me when I say this, you are doing yourself a favour and saving yourself a headache by not buying from here. Take my word for it. It's not worth your time.
