Initially we were skeptical about putting our trust, but they exceeded our expectations. We placed an order for a custom sectional sofa and right after it was ready, they let us see It first before we paid the whole amount. They also made sure they delivered the product before Christmas as promised, and they were extremely helpful in getting the sofa into our house for a small fee.

They know what customer service is all about. I have never had such great service in a furniture store. Most products are customizable and they are always trying to find a way to make their customers happy. Wes, the sales associate was great. Only problem. They need a better delivery service. It's atrocious! I was given a date for my delivery and it was delivered the next day.

Do not buy anything from this store! We bought dining table set. bed frame. And couch. When my husband pick up the dining table one chair was missing so they had to order another one and just got our delivery order this weekend they were suppose to deliver the frame and the couch on the same day we only got the couch. We got the frame the next day oh and the worst thing about my order here we asked for leather couch and no when we got the couch its not even leather couch makes me mad not even gonna bother to call them about it because they have the worst customer service.

It took them a month to deliver my bed and the wrong mattress . when I contacted them regarding the mattress I was told that I am going to get it in a week . it is been almost seven weeks and mattress is not here yet . It is like a never ending nightmare. I know the price is really attractive but the service is beyond nightmare. I read the comments before shopping so I can’t blame anybody but myself . please don’t repeat my mistakes otherwise you will end up at a hospital out of anger , frustration and stress. I am at a point that I wanna Just shot myself for shopping from this so called “ furniture store “ .

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went in May 2017 to purchase a couch set, dining table and chairs and bedroom set. The good: the salesman Sam was actually really quite good and gave us discounts for purchasing so many items. We did appreciate that. The bad: - we ordered in May, asking for delivery July. We knew they had to make the furniture, so we purposefully went early. Delivery date came, and the furniture did not arrive. We called them, and they said the furniture would not be delivered for another two weeks. When asked why they hadn't called to let us know, they gave no reason. Two weeks came, still no furniture. Called again, and this time no response. All that to say, we did not actually get all of our furniture till November - 4 months after the original delivery date! -they demanded cash payment before the furniture came. This was actually really confusing to me because we could give them a deposit by debit card, but they demanded you come the day before your delivery date to pay the remainder in cash. Now considering we purchased a couch set, dining set and bedroom set, you can imagine this was thousands of dollars in CASH. What was surprising was that we had to physically bring them the cash, or else they weren't going to deliver our furniture the next day. Any business that is cash only, is very suspicious. Despite us bringing them the cash, they still did not deliver on time. -the quality of the furniture is terrible. When you are purchasing the furniture they let you customise your materials. They suggest higher end materials which cost more, but are promised to last longer and be of better quality. When our furniture finally arrived, the quality was terrible. The couch cushions were saggy, side of couches were hollow, and the wood used to make the couch frames creak when you sit on the couch. The dining set came with different material than we ordered, the chairs were different colour wood, and the chair legs could not be screwed into the chair base. The bedroom set had scratches all over the headboard, and the night table was missing handles. When we complained about these things, it took them months to respond. They still have not resolved our couch problems or bedroom set. They took back the dining chairs, but did not give us the right chairs when they came back - the material was still wrong. It's truly disappointing when you shell out extra month for quality and are promised better quality, and you get below basic quality. Ikea has way better quality than Furnish'n Style. -the customer service is deplorable. Every time we would call to inquire where our furniture was, they were rude. They would never allow you to speak with the manager, which would have solved the issues. When our furniture still had not been delivered a month after the delivery date, we called and got through to a man, who actually had the nerve to call us liars. All that to say, I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Do not waste your time, money and sanity on a terrible business with poor quality furniture. Ikea would be better...seriously.
