Lastman's Bad Boy

I went to pick up my chest freezer that I ordered online and as I spoke to the guys at the counter, one of them could have told me what my item was. I didn't even have to give him a lot of details. He was very efficient in getting my product and carrying it to my van. The young lady was also efficient in finalizing my purchase. I previously bought my dining set and sofa at this store. Very good customer service at this location. I would recommend anyone to shop at this store.

I don't know how to rate this shop... Thursday, call them to book a appointment to see a bike and buy at 100%, told me that no appointment needed just come. Saturday came out and heard that the bike is gone, sold the same morning. offered to get other one but not same color... i was just disappointed. 3 stars for the offer I guess.

Shopping at the Lastman's Bad Boy furniture store at the Kennedy Road (Scarborough) for living room furniture was a delightful experience. My wife and I were cordially greeted on entering the store by Mr Gerry Becker. Gerry listened to what we were shopping for and guided us through the furniture selection on the floor of the store. We were able to find a very suitable couch, love seat and living room chair and made a very quick decision to purchase the set with absolutely zero sales pressure. We were provided with an approximate delivery date of 4 weeks from date of purchase and delivery was spot on. When the furniture arrived two young very polite men (Sherman and Roy) carried the furniture into the house, installed the feet and removed all packaging leaving no mess. The whole process from purchase to installation left my wife and myself with a feeling that dealing with Bad Boy was such a pleasant experience that we they will be our first stop for future purchases. Thank you Bad Boy.

The staff there are heavenly, quick to tasks and helpful getting what you need. I truly enjoy shopping at Bad Boy it's dust free and packed full of fun and wonderful house hold needs anything you need to know just ask and receive. Honest with prices and wonderful appliances.. up grade everything in style do it with class at Bad Boy . It's always a guarantee been that way since I was a child. The place is child friendly to.

Very disappointed bought a bedroom set that was at the store for 1100 +tax plus $75 for delivery told the sales rep I thought it was cheaper after looking at the bad boy website when I got home I noticed to was on sale for $750 and website offered free delivery told me I had to come back to the store in order to change it. After changes, I made a deposit and when I got outside my car was struck in their parking lot. I told my sale rep that I would be on a trip and would be back just before the delivery date and I called to make payments and they wanted me to come in again. If I had known that I would paid in full. Waste of time. The day before the delivery bad boy said they couldn't deliver because the payments were paid in full and I live far away and tired of all the trips which I had told the sales rep in advance. Customer service over the phone was horrible. Said too bad you have to come in, I'm telling her I can't come in and I need th furniture by this date. Considering cancelling my order and getting my money back. Absolutely disgraceful
