The Brick Distribution Centre

We showed up here and the mattress we purchased ended up being too big for our vehicle. We felt defeated, but they were super nice and understanding, and they helped us fix our roof rack and then they used their equipment to strap down the mattresses to our roof rack and helped us find the safest route to get home. They honestly went above and beyond what we expected!!

This distribution center is well organized, on the way to the building you use the intercom and tell they your order they confirm it and indicate which garagr bay door to back up too. The staff were friendly, they confirmed the paperwork , check your ID and you sign for the item/s and then they help you load it. Was about 8 mins from intercom till car loaded

Gave great pricing on their products however they didn't have all the products ready for pickup by the promised date...

They where helpful and quick, I was expecting to have to wait a long time but we where in and out within 15 minutes.. Great Good to all the Staff.. Thank You..

Very slow service. Parked for more than an hour to receive my furniture. There were only 5 items, not a big order. The employee was extremely polite and helped with stacking up the boxes in the car.
