Though my order was back ordered, when it came available, the delivery was seamless. The delivery tracker was amazing, as it allowed to get a good idea when the team would be arriving. They even arrived early, which was perfect, especially on a Saturday. The delivery team were so positive, hard working and did a great job unpacking the furniture and taking away the packing waste. Great customer service.

The delivery people were fantastic. They were very professional and were surprisingly able to get the large wash-tower down the stairs without any issue. They also removed our old washer and dryer. Great job! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Delivery was quick. The delivery people were polite. Unfortunately brick made a mistake that they did not have down removal of old appliance, even though I paid for the warranty, which includes removal of old appliance so now I have to deal with someone having to come pick up my appliance, but the gentleman who delivered the stove was nice enough to put it at the curb and they weren't able to take it as it was no room on the truck
