The Brick

Ordered a mattress 3 years ago that took a month to arrive, I ended up having to contact The Better Business Bureau who helped me out a lot. Recently tried The Brick again for a TV stand, decided to skip their $79.99 delivery and pick up item from store directly.. it's been 2 weeks and they are still saying that the item in unavailable. How can a company sell me something that they don't even have!??

Very disappointed with Brick service. Delivery came with broken product. When I went to customer service, very much I got an attitude from that service rep. I bought a bed room set 7 pieces, paid 2000 some thing I was very clear about delivery, came on time but broken cannot be installed, brick called to advise me a day before to make sure that path was clear so I assumed I could throw my old bed since new one was on its way, got a broken pieces and delivery guy took it with him and no installation done, I asked customer service to give me a credit since now me and my wife will be sleeping on floor. I was offered 40 dollars.. are u kidding me? and when i asked if i could refund it her amswer was it is a final sale.... so guys make sure u know that if there is a problem there will be no change not help from your sales guy to customer service. Moral of the story is don't buy.. from here...

Been here twice this week to pick up a purchase from November and they still don’t have it ready. They took my money in a heartbeat but can’t seem to produce the boxed up furniture from the manufacturer that I will have to assemble

They have fantastic deals, staff is very nice , someone even helped me take the big carpet up to the parking lot to load in my car , never experienced something like this level of service before !

What an absolute joke the brick is. Do yourselves a favour, don't shop here!! We've never purchased anything from the brick but decided it was time for a new mattress. We requested for mattress disposal but on delivery date we were told it wasn't on their instructions. When talking to their head office they said I had to put it in a bag. They won't touch it. By the way I was carrying my 4 month old baby and this was their head office saying this. Do not shop here, the sales people are incompetent they can't get their information right. They lack all sense of good business skills. Never again will we shop at the brick especially this rep "Jessica".
