I was disappointed with some of the miscommunications that occurred right after the sale.

I picked up my car on the Tuesday knowing some options weren't working, no problem. Joseph promised to get back to me to to get everything put right. But two days later I called him to get things going. He suggested maybe Tuesday and said he would confirm.

Come Tuesday I had to called and he said to come in the Wednesday and he would have the keys for a rental waiting for me. 

Wednesday morning, there was no car waiting and the Services guys had no record of my appointment.  Kudos to the guy in Services who went out of his way to get me set up. Sorry I didn't get his way.

Anyway, when I got there that night for pick up, Joseph and Adam were there to help explain everything and even answer questions I had about my new car.

Joseph is great and very knowledgeable. But communications could be improved.

Service Department went above and beyond.

I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years. I have purchased 2 cars from Hyundai Gabriel, salesman, Moro Youssef... BEST SALESMAN!! He makes buying a car fun, easy and affordable. Excellent sales department and excellent service department! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

Had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel Popa the sales manager! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had and really appreciated the honesty and enthusiasm of this gentleman! Will definitely refer anyone I know looking for a car to him and Hyundai Gabriel DDO. Thank you!!
