My 2021 Kona was returned to me after a warranty repair for a transmission replacement. The transmission was ordered from Korea and delivered within three months. The car is now in perfect condition, and everything works flawlessly. I would like to thank the General Manager of Hyundai Gabriel Quest and the service team for their excellent work.

I leased a brand new Palisade from them in October 2024 and have had the same issue with the car since November 2024. There is a shifter malfunction message that appears at random when I shift gears, my car will not move, the parking break is engaged and I cannot turn it off or on. It has done this countless times. I've brought it in 4 times, each time they've repaired a seperate part, and the problem is still not resolved.nI am trying to get out of my lease, but I put down 6K to help afford the monthly payments, and they are refusing to give me my money back.nnI wish I did more research.nnMy car is unsafe for me and my children, and there is no reason not to give me my money back that I paid out of pocket to make payments easier monthly for myself. It didn't change the price I paid for the car. But now I am stuck with a lemon and unable to get a new car because I can't get my down payment back.

Compared multiple sellers for my car model and finally chose here with the best price. Trustworthy service since the beginning offerred by Albert. He answered all my questions on point and proceed everything efficiently. Strongly recommended.
