Automobiles Sood

By far the worst experience of my life, the guy will first start off bragging about his MBA and all and how much money he has. I bought my first car from them and he could see that im not familiar with cars that much so he deceived me. I had told him i have a baby so please make sure the car is safe. He gave me guarantees but soon after i bought the car, all hell broke loose. Over the span of 1 year i had to spend over 3000$ on the car and eventually i had to scrap it. The hand break didnt work and there was a problem with a break and along with other problems. Never ever buy car from this guy. He is also very disrespectful.

The worst service ever. A total con artist. Get everything in writing when you communicate with him. Email preferably since they tend to change prices they quote you. They sold us a shitbox vehicle that needed over $1500 in repairs including an oil change and transmission flush. They have a garage with "great" mechanics and they couldn't even have done that? Or see that it was desperately needed? I highly regret buying our vehicle at this place. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have fallen prey to this con artist! Don't waste your time there!

They've always done a great job, and they do honest repair work. The manager is a really nice guy, very customer oriented and willing to please. Just be aware, they are a small shop so can get rather busy during peak times. It's good to call them before dropping in.

Our family has bought more than 6 cars from Sood Auto and they have never let us down. Straight forward and honest. They give you fair value for your trade-in and put you into the seat of a vehicle that you like and can afford. Would highly recommend!
