McDonald's

After a long drive home. My wife and I wanted something quick. So we went to mcdonald's at 7:30 pm. Upon entering it immediately noticeable that the employees where unhappy. I don't know if it was a long day or what but I wish I would have taken that sign and left because it ended up being the worst experience we have ever had anywhere! . It started with the food taking ten minutes to get done. The guy put it in a bag even though we wanted to eat in. We had no napkins and to top it off 2 bites into our food a man came by and said lobbies closed you have to leave. I was dumbfounded by this behavior and told him we just sat down. He then repeated lobbies closed you gotta go bro. I said I will when I'm done with my food and asked his name. He said he didn't have a name and yelled to what I believe was the acting manager ( same guy that put our food in a bag instead of on a tray) and said you gotta do something about this guy. I then said to that guy that I just got my food. At this point I was upset and was not going to be forced to eat my food that i just got in my car. He gave in and allowed us to eat but the damage was already done. My wife and I have never been treated so poorly in our lives and this is the first time that I have felt as though I would have been treated better had I not been white. I will be contacting mcdonald's corporate and I will be going in the day after Christmas when they open again to talk to hopefully another manager. I will never eat here though and I will be spreading the word about our treatment.

Son loves to play at the Playland. The equipment needs to be cleaned more often in my opinion.

This is a GREAT place. Very clean and fast. McDonald's is a place I trust and were I can have breakfast or a range a GREAT FOOD. Thanks for all you do McDonalds!

They mess up my order I wanted no cheese but they added cheese what the heck stupid people make sure to get workers that actually hear and understand what customers say. I use to like this place but now they hate because of my eating habits.

Went to this McDonald’s - Was told I can’t have two orders They were out of fries Their system is always down Overall this is just a horrible McDonald’s. Do not eat here.
