Terrible service. Waited 70 minutes for delivery, called, and was told they couldn't do anything and that they tried to call (no missed calls, phone on loud in my hand) and it turned out he left the bag in our apartment entry behind the salt bucket where anyone could take it and it was sitting there for 30 minutes. I asked for fresh sandwiches and he said "they're good for an hour and a half" and hung up on me. Awful.

Beware of klepto delivery people from the Calhoun square location. Don’t let them inside. Never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. Also... Now that I know this owner of this Corp is a big game hunter I would never spend money at any of their locations.

its been 45 mins since i ordered, called at 30 mins to get a update. They were super rude about me calling and complained how busy they were, guess i got my update. learned my lesson about tipping before my food arrives.

So, I put in 6 months of delivery work here, 55hrs per week avg., under reprehensible conditions, only to be WRONGFULLY TERMINATED FOR BEING PUNCHED IN THE FACE BY A CO-WORKER, UNPROVOKED(I have video evidence of this assault). I required 12 stitches to close my facial wound and have permanent scars. I fought for my right to collect unemployment insurance, which I ultimately secured because I did nothing wrong. However, the GM filed an appeal against my benefits and the Unemployment judge ultimately sided with the corporation over irrelevant extraneous information, hence ceasing my unemployment insurance while I looked for a new job. To add insult to injury, the judge also requested that the state order me to pay back $2,000 in unemployment benefits received. This place is a bad joke, so is the unemployment office of the state of Minnesota. [| I'm now on the verge of bankruptcy, have lost my car, have lost just about everything because of the selfish middle management at the worst Jimmy John's shop in Minneapolis. |] The place is perpetually understaffed, thus I often closed 5-6 nights per week including weekends. Largest single lone delivery run was 19 orders out the door at 2:30 AM. Arrived back to shop around 4 AM, with 10 cancelled orders. Co-workers were fine. GM is inconsiderate and greedy. Anything that cuts into the GM's bonus is top priority here, which means treating employees like garbage at the expense of the customer. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN CALHOUN SQUARE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE.
