Great food and a nice atmosphere. Very vegan aware.

Food is fine. Service was completely understaffed and unnacceptable. Entree #1 came out 25 minutes before entree #2. Food was completely cold by the time entree #2 came and we couldn't even eat at the same time.

Strangely the kitchen was entirely out of vegetarian stock when we went there, so we chose to go to a different restaurant. However, before we got to that point, sitting down and having tea, the ambiance and service was so exceptional I will have to give it a 5 stars even though we did not eat anything! Will be back and update review...

We came in about a month ago. It was late night and Tum Rup Thai had closed so we were sent over here. The poor service began as soon as we entered the door. Mind you we were only a party of three. We waited for 10+ minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and then get seated. When we finally did get seated it took another 15 minutes for a server to come over, only because we flagged someone down. When were finally able to place our order, the server came back 15 minutes later saying he lost our order and didn't put it in. So he retook our order and then another 30 minutes later we got our order. In the meantime, we had to flag our server down each time we wanted something including water. Half the time he never brought out what was asked. I could have asked for a manager but honestly, we just wanted to get out. We had had enough. Certainly never coming back as it was the WORST service we have ever received.

This is a very good Thai restaurant and I enjoy ordering from their frequently for lunch. I highly recommend the Siracha fried rice, that is if you can handle a little spice!
