Wendy's

The cashier wasn’t training yet had no clue what she was doing.nThe cook had no clue… the lady handing out the food, had no clue. My salad came with one tiny piece of Parmesan cheese, so I asked for a bit more. I didn’t realize that the amount of lettuce in the container was a joke, and later on realized there was no croutons. I think I had maybe 10 pieces of lettuce and that’s being generous. It was complemented by 2 pieces of bacon that were small and burnt. I would never come back to this location. It was a rip off.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Upon entering around 11ish, Icee's efficiency and courtesy were evident, as she ensured that I would be attended to promptly. When I reported that my fries were cold, she responded professionally, taking them back without comment and replacing them. Her service extended to delivering my fresh fries directly to my table. Returning at 12:37 with friends, I was impressed by her speed and skill in preparing sandwiches, including our Spicy Chicken and two Dave singles, even during peak hours. I hope her manager will give her a reward for doing her best!

First time to this location.nDefinitely a weird drive thru entrance.nnTravis gave us our order. Very Friendly and helpful! A great staff member on your team give him a raise!.nnOther fast food places we've been service has really gone down hill, but Travis has really shown us that people do care - at least at this Wendy's!

I go to this Wendy’s all the time but I found fake lash extensions in my nuggets and so obviously I went back to tell them and they were not nice about it at all. They made excuses and told me it would need to become an investigation if I wanted to argue. Didn’t even try to make it better, I had to pay for more. Which wouldn’t have been a problem but I was nice about it and they just acted like I was the problem and I was wrong. So, ya very unhappy about how they handled the situation.

Went to try the Grilled cheese cheeseburger at the drive thru. Well lets just say it came out less than a minute after i ordered it. The grilled cheese sandwich parts were cold and not melted. If i wanted a cheese slice sandwich i would’ve asked for one. Be better take the time to deliver what you advertise. Not sure if i will try it again if i do i will be bringing it back to the counter till you get it as advertised
