Located in a cute complex and easy to find! Super clean inside and out. We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. Everything was cooked perfect and they had lots of different dipping sauces. We will definitely be back to try more.
I am a Smashburger fan and wanted to post a review since they have a lot of negatives, surprisingly. I’ve been to many Smashburgers from all over the US including Nevada, North Carolina, and Virginia to name a few. I enjoy the special state burgers but I noticed California doesn’t have a special burger, which is disappointing :/ Price: 4/5 This is my first California Smashburger and I came knowing it was expensive. I do wish it was less expensive, however. It was about $33 for two of us, a burger each and a side each with no drinks. Quality: 4.5/5 Delicious! Colorado burger is super flavorful, almost too much, and has a spiciness to it. Smash fries, wonderful. And fried brussel sprouts were amazing! However, our fries and sprouts were VERY greasy! Our food came out quick less than 10 mins and was hot : it was about 830pm on a Sat when we arrived. Staff: 4.5/5 Manager was super friendly. Employees were all around positive. Cleanliness: 4/5 Not a lot of employees and they were all busy. It’s a fast food place, people make a mess.
This was my first time ever eating at Smashburger and was not disappointed. The crew looks like they are already firing on all cylinders despite only being open for a few days. Suggest getting there early to avoid long lines.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
I did a mobile order and it probably took me 20-30 minutes to arrive at the restaurant. Received order right away which was nice. Several people waiting that looked not thrilled about it. Reminded me of my last time I went there it was a wait. The burgers taste great to me and fries are fine as well. What I can't get over is the price and the amount of food you get. $24 for 2 regular sized burgers and 1 large fries which don't seem that large. Seems high compared to other establishments, plus wait time issues that have been documented. Wish the prices were a little better.
The food was delicious but expensive. It was about $50 for 2 adult burger meals and one kids cheeseburger meal. Service was good. It did take a while for someone to acknowledge us, but we were looking at the menu anyway. I'll go back, just not often.Food: 5/5
West Roseville location Blue Oaks was very clean and staff was much friendlier than at most fast food places. Food was fresh and hot. My only negative comments are I thought the food was overpriced, comparatively, and my french fry container wasn't full. I was expecting more for the price. I gave 5 stars because, except for the fries which were nice and hot, overall it was a great experience. Parking: Lots of parking available.
Smash burger is a restaurant that my family eats at about 1-2 times per month, and they have not failed us. The food is always good and the drinks are given just after you order, so you can sip while your food is being made. The only critique is that a certain individual in my family always insists that they must have the brussel sprouts, and let me tell you if those are not the most nasty putrid fowl smelling food. Overall sprouts ignored 9/10
We love Smashburger in general, but this location consistently fails to execute. Last 4 time the fries are barely Luke warm, I have to put them in the oven at home to warm up; they often under-sauce the burgers to the point they're super dry which goes to my next point that the burger patties themselves are usually dry and not hot whatsoever. Unfortunately this is the only location around us, so I really hope they step up their game and start making every item to order i.e. not letting fries just sit out....
Terrible food. Shakes tasted like plastic. I was the only one in the diner when I ordered it still took over 15 minutes wait just for the shakes and fries.
The food is very normal. It's overpriced for how normal it tastes and it's portion size. Not saying it tastes bad but it isn't anything unique. The atmosphere is great though.Food: 2/5
