I have been to many sportcheck around Canada. The customer service at this location was certainly the BEST!nnDominic- looked like a senior team member of the location was super helpful with my requirements and he made sure my experience with the store and the brand is unforgettable. Exceptionally excellent service.nnThank you
Went in early afternoon to grab a pair of New Balances and a few other items. Zin was super helpful — he even checked the back for sizes and made sure I got everything I needed. The manager at the cash was also really friendly. Great experience overall — customer service like this is rare these days.
I had a very disappointing experience at the SportChek on Laird Drive.nnI purchased two pairs of shoes, one for me and one for my son. My son’s shoes arrived much later than the timeframe I was given in store. The follow-up and communication were poor, and the customer service was worse than any other SportChek location I’ve dealt with.nnWhen I contacted customer service, I was told nothing could be done and that I needed to wait more than 10 days. I also spoke with the manager, Fahim, and the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I had previously worked with Dominic, the General Manager, who said he would call when the product arrived, but I never received a call.nnOverall, this location did not take ownership of the issue, and I would not recommend buying from here based on my experience.
Amazing customer service. The assistant manager, Vu contacted customer service for me and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to resolve a pricing discrepancy issue in the system. Many other stores would have just thrown up their hand and left it with the customer to find their own solution.
Big sports check! Super helpful and friendly staff. While they didn’t have what I was looking for Bob skates for my 2 year old we found these cool squishy hockey pucks and rainbow hockey tape. Good buys! Big Yeti collection!
