Great looking store with everything you could want or need for the sports enthusiast!nI hadn’t been to this location in a while and it was a really great experience walking through it. Two floors with all your favourite brands of sports equipment, and clothing. Bottom floor was clothing with a great shoe section organized well. Second floor accessible by elevator or escalator had all kinds of outdoor equipment. It was great to see a large YETI selection. Store was colorful, well lit, clean and staff were available and approachable. This was a really nicely merchandised space for the size of it. I enjoyed walking through it and was engaged by a staff member on the second floor asking if I needed any help which was nice. I would definitely return to this location for anything I needed.
I had a very strange experience today where I went in looking to buy some training shoes. Few of the shoes were actually labelled or had price tags. The sale rack shoes were all mixed up so the shoes didn't match the boxes, or the sizes in the pairs were mixed. You would think that I could have just asked for help but not a single staff member said hello. It felt like either the store is closing soon or nobody cares if it does.
Hands-down without a doubt, the best location in all of the GTA, fully stocked product selection with staff that actually go out of their way to accommodate all customers!nnStopped at two locations before arriving at this one. The second I walked in the door I was greeted and pointed in the right direction. Only to be greeted by more helpful and knowledgable staff.nnThe staff were all on their feet constantly checking in with clientele while walking the floor. Everyone deemed to have a sense of purpose.
Hello! I came to sportcheck today and one of your employees Costa helped me a lot by being very patient and kind by helping me buy the purchases I want. The interior of the store was amazing and had a lot of different varieties of options. I ended up buying 2 shoes which one were Footballsoccer cleats and the other was running shoes. I will definitely be coming back!
Great store space, responsive staff, acceptable product variety, organized isles for each sports, normal price.nWashrooms were locked unfortunately and we were not able to use it.
