Craftsmanship is good, but I wouldn't recommend this business if you're busy and value your time. I had to make 4 visits to get a single pair of pants hemmed. On the first visit, I arrived 30min after opening and was asked to return in an hour when the seamstress would start work. On the third visit, I arrived to see the owner depart the store and a sign on the door indicating they'd return in half an hour. After waiting 45min, I decided to go home.
I brought in an old but dear pair of boots. First a reasonable price, I received what looked like a brand new pair. The attention to detail and the craftmanship was noteworthy. I would recommend his repair shop to anyone who cares about their footwear.
My heel cap fell off on the way to a meeting and Millwood was the closest repair shop. I called in a panic and they were so great about fixing my shoe on the spot - I am so grateful for your flexibility!! You did a great job!

I wish I had the before/after photos for some much beloved leather dress shoes I brought in - the rubber on the soles had completely disintegrated, they were crumbling and falling off! I had no idea that was something that could happen, anyway he fixed them up beautifully. Totally rejuvenated and look great.
Millwood shoe repair was able to add rubber soles onto my leather loafers for $100 and it was done in about two weeks from the date I dropped them off. They look amazing, very happy with the service!
Great place for getting keys cut. After a terrible experience elsewhere, all the keys I had cut worked perfectly. Highly recommend. Fast and efficient service. Good pricing.
