The Lowell Inn Hotel, Restaurant and Event Venue features twelve contemporary rooms and twenty-three historic sleeping rooms, each one in a unique setting with period furniture; simple elegance for the traveler or a romantic get-away.

We recently stayed at the Lowell Inn for our wedding in Stillwater.  Our whole wedding party stayed there and the staff was very helpful in keeping our group organized and together.  In many cases that involved calling to let us know of missing sunglasses, credit cards and shoes =)  Our groom's dinner was hosted in the Matterhorn Room and the manager Alex went above and beyond to help us get everything set-up perfect, including taping down extension cords so people wouldn't trip.  There were 3 other wedding parties using the Lowell Inn that day and there was no confusion for our guests on where to go due to the staff being so well prepared and organized.  My grandparents have been visiting the Lowell Inn every year since 1947 and we can definitely see why.  We will be staying there as well anytime we are in town.

While trying to book our stay, I had a wonderful experience with Tim. I had some unusual requests on how to pay for our stay, and he did a great job answering all of my questions and figuring out a way to make it all work. I'm sure I was a rather frustrating person to talk to, but he was very kind and patient with me. My husband and I are looking forward to staying here again, as the last time we came we had a great time. Our room was just what we needed, and we love that it's within walking distance from the main drag. I'm anticipating that our stay in August will be just as good!!

They messed up our reservation resulting in having to sleep on someone else's floor for the first night of our stay. Some of the rooms don't have doors to the bathroom, only a curtain, so it's kind of a gamble on which you'll get. Nice event venue though and the food at the restaurant was good.

Birthday lunch for our neighbor and a close friend.  We are regulars to the Lowell Inn.  We had the usual excellent service and delicious food in a beautiful setting.  We always seem to have a new wait person who is always excellent.  We'll be back again.

Very nice atmosphere. Our family often comes here for special occasions - this time was my aunt's 70th birthday. It's somewhat pricey, especially for the steak, but definitely a nice treat on a special occasion!
