Hotel At St Croix

No microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. The furniture is very worn. The place is kind of out dated and could use an upgrade. On the brighter side, it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

People are nice, no extra pillows blankets etc. Blankets and beds smell pretty bad when you lay on them. Rooms are clean otherwise.

Hotel staff was very rude besides maybe 2 people. They charged our entire wedding block 2x the regular price of the rooms and even during the middle of the week. Usually all blocks are less expensive. Not everyone in our block got a renovated room and for the price they paid they should have! Wedding parties beware!! They are terrible at handing out welcome bags, so be careful if there are directions for anything in them. They never actually changed the sheets in our room and I was able to tell because I lost my earring in the morning and it was still in the bed when I got back to the room the next day. Would not ever recommend the hotel to anyone. Terribly run hotel that was very over priced. They should have given us a better rate and we would have spent more at the casino. Would have been a win win but that is just terrible management.

Wedding party beware we set room blocks to typically get a better rate and well they charged us double! WTF just ridiculous. We stayed there Wednesday thru the Sunday. The front desk was very rude and very confused about what what was going on. There were only 2 ladies there that were nice and we're willing to help I wish I got there names because they should not be included in this disappointing review. They even told my aunt she was rude and racist couldn't be further from the truth! The cleaning staff didn't even change our sheets in our sweet we know that because my wife lost an earring in in the bed the night before and we went to bed and found it under the comforter. We asked them to hand out gift bags to our guests checking in they only handed half of the bags. I stayed in a separate room the night before the furniture was destroyed. The room keys would also deactivate constantly we would grab something out of the car and be stuck out side. I usually try to be patient and give people the benefit of the doubt but they were just rediculous.
