I find the staff at Lowe's very helpful. For instance; a part on my faucet broke and the manager went out of his way to get me a replacement part from the manufacturer. They are always friendly and professional every time we go there; which is often.

Every time we are in Lowe’s we have been greeted with smiles and positive, friendly staff. We recently shopped in the Appliances Dept. & had amazing Customer Service from Aaron S. & Carl. We were acknowledged right away. Both were Professional & upbeat. Keep up the great team work!

Since they won’t post my review I will post it here regarding the purchase of a snowblower. Not worth it I have had Briggs & Stratton engines before and they performed well. The engine here is easy to start but that’s not the problem. Even on a flat surface once the snow starts get wet/slushy this 208cc has issues powering through. You have to take half to third width passes. It doesn’t handle pure slush at all and the belt gets wet so it slips and eventually won’t work at all. I have a100ft driveway with 20% grade and the unit will make up the driveway but conditions need to be no worse than moderate wet snow. This machine is also heavy and you end up pushing it to help along which is exhausting. The real salt in the wound here is that I expressed these concerns to the salesman when I purchased the machine to which he stated it should work fine but if it didn’t there was a 90 day return policy. A no brainer and I felt that I could purchase knowing if I needed something else I was covered. Nope... I went to return the unit and was prepared to spend more on another unit but I was informed that I could not return it because it was oil/gas powered. Would have been nice to know before buying an $800 product. I called to speak with a manager and while I did get a call back from the department manger I also had a call into the store manager, twice, to discuss the need for explicit training to protect the consumer from erroneous information from staff. This is a big investment. I never received a call back to address my concerns. No customer satisfaction here.

Crappy customer service, probably the worst of any store in Nanaomo , I'm standing here waiting for 5 minutes to get help with a generator and still nobody. This has happened before and now after happening on many occasions I'm posting this. I will go pay more and support a store that wants and earns my business. Lowes can move on out of Nanaimo!!! Disappear like target!!!
