The Brick

Quoted one week for delivery, it's been almost seven. Told I'd "be receiving a call no matter what by the end of the week" never did. Rudely swarmed by sales people the moment you enter. Mind you, a few of the employees are quite professional, polite and friendly - but unfortunately this is the minority of them. The furniture they sell is incredibly poor quality. The only redeeming thing is the low cost. You get what you pay for.

Purchased high end King mattress and box spring. One of the box springs came with a hole in the covering. Waited 2 1/2 weeks for replacement and that box spring was also torn. Called Brick again and did not feel any love. Do not expect any caring or supportive follow up customer service if you do have a problem after you purchase.

Good selection. Got a washer/dryer combo that I couldn't find anywhere else. Also an excellent fridge and stove. Have had all three for over a year without any issues. Did have some issues with the first model fridge I purchased, but an exchange says done easily. Michele and the other staff who helped me were always helpful and courteous. One star deducted for the first fridge issue and since they keep calling me to come to every sale. Not a big deal overall, but a little room for improvement.

It's the brick would he have to say about it man if you haven't bought something here you probably bought crappy furniture and you know what I keep going back so I guess it's pretty good deal good advice and good quality stuff in electronics I bought all my TV's and Surround equipment there started with the brick in Nanaimo and the brick in Langley bought some stuff in the brick in Surrey much better deals over here on the mainland though

Marks a great salesman. But not happy with the brick in whole. Want a great sales man willing to always be there for you as a real person. See mark and him only.
