I love this place, lots of organic items and a great selection of natural remedies. I only wish they had more produce, but then again, since it's all organic perhaps this is all that's available right now. I have to say, I've been buying almonds in bulk at regular stores and usually mix 1/2 salted with 1/2 plain, but the raw natural almonds found here are so tasty, they don't need anything. That's the way it should be, and I'm sure I'll be finding all sorts of other wonderful stuff as I continue to shop here.

Love this place, always try to go here when Im in Nanaimo. Some items can be overpriced like Whole Foods but overall pretty good.

Horrendously overpriced. I can't even begin to shop here. Everything is double the price or more than any other store that sells similar items. Taking advantage of the indiscriminate public has never been so easy. Will never return. Clearly meant for the elite.

My mom who is celiac ate on item from there she grew up 10 times today looks dead and looks dead. I would not recommend it’s not gluten free.
