Staples Nanaimo Parkway

Excellent service. The manager stepped in when every person on staff was busy and I was on a critical timeline. Not his usual role, as he is the fellow who oversees the big picture to ensure everything connects smoothly. On my part, a sincere thank you. Staples Nanaimo Parkway truly has an amazing team who provide expertise and professionalism. My thanks to the commitment of each individual on that team and to their manager.

I think they are great for self-service copies and that type of thing, and often they have very good sales, but most of the time their prices just seem to be out of this world to me

Very impressed with Staples today, especially the Technology Consultant who was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Made my visit and purchase of a new iPad easy and pleasant. Will choose Staples in the future when I'm in the market for more technology, etc.

Polite and friendly service but what I wanted was out of stock. The associate called out though to find what I was looking for at another store so that made it a five star experience.

Ordered a computer for pickup and was told it would be in store. Went to store, it wasn't delivered yet. They checked the cage, nothing, and when I asked about tracking I was told it couldn't be done. My bad ... Except the email confirming arrival came under 5 minutes later, just after I left ... And the store phone number stays on the overnight setting well before close and after opening ... Maybe it's the goods who throw stuff in store and don't bother to apologize if it hits the customer. Not impressed.
