The Foam Shop Nanaimo

I am very satisfied with The Foam Shop. When I came in, the friendly and helpful Kennedy answered all my many questions and showed me all the fabric options. She was very attentive to detail when recording the specifications of the cushion for a vintage settee that I wanted to replace. After taking the measurements and helping me choose the fabric, I got an estimate which was quite reasonable $575 all in. I was quoted six weeks but it took three and a half. When I came in to pick up my custom cushion, the kind and professional Tonia explained the work that was done to me and gave me this lovely, new cushion for my settee. I highly recommend The Foam Shop to everyone interested in upholstery work for the home.

Great friendly knowledgeable service. We did not purchase at this time as thier was no pressure sales. They educated us on what was best for us, and even gave us a quote. We will be back with proper measurements and to purchase thank you Great service

Tonia at the Nanaimo store was a pleasure to work with. I had a kind of tricky leather cushion situation and she helped me problem solve and was generous with her time and effort. I really appreciate service like this. So rare these days to find someone who really listens and tries to be of service. I'm grateful.

5 stars for good service + selection. Employee helped us select an appropriate foam mattress and topper for our guest bedroom it was custom cut for size. A bit pricey for product + delivery, but quality seems good. They delivered two days earlier than scheduled which was nice since we wanted it asap!

Went to the Foam Shop with specific dimensions and a budget for a piece of foam to cover our RV couch/bed. Manish was wonderful! Custom cut a great choice of foam which fit our unit perfectly. Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Manish!!
