For the life of me I wish I could remember the name of the staff member who helped us, but she was just awesome. Went in looking to buy a few items for a friends wedding, said we didn't care what just whatever was on the registry, and she asked our budget and in a minute and a half she had picked out a bunch of registry items that totalled to our budget, easy as that, and even wrapped them for us. We were out of the store in 5 minutes which was excellent.

I was in the SherPk store yesterday and thought I’d pick up some Christmas napkins. There they were next to the table clothes... All the price stickers had been noticeably taken off the plastic packaging. A paper sign advertised prices but not the cloth napkins. I took them up to the cashier and asked about the ripped off prices only to find out from the lady behind me in line that she bought them here for considerably less than the price coming up on the register. Is Bed Bath and Beyond learning something from Sears sales? I’ll go without the Christmas napkins, thank you!!

We were just here had lots to spend as we needed alot of stuff for our new apartment found a item we thought was on sale asked an customer service person she explained to me it wasnt the item that was on sale and then offered to ordered to cheep one in as they had none. I did explain to her how every other store has pricing integrity and will match the price that it was posted at this store will not so I will not be shopping there again. I could understand if the store was busy but it was dead shift manager didnt know how to do her job nor did she want to make it right.

The last time I went here was last winter in November or December. I don't know if management has changed since but I was completely offended by the staff. I felt like I was being stereotyped as a theft. I had more than a normal amount of staff ask me if I needed help and everytime I said no. I was looking for a secret Santa gift and was having a hard time deciding. But at one point as I was putting back an item where it belonged a lady came and gave me a not so friendly look and asked if I needed help and I said no so she stood there and paged another co worker immediately . When the other lady came she whispered into her ear and they both looked at me. I will never step foot in this store ever again. I did call in and complained after I paid for my things and left. And this is still bothering me till this day.

Friendly staff, cool/interesting items hard to find elsewhere, friendly staff. Easy returns if you don't like what you got.
