Call 4 different stores get 5 different quotes. Have to have part ordered. Too many inconsistencies in parts and pricing lack of knowledge of said part I have in hand. Having an account should be a benefit not necessarily though. No wonder why parts are so expensive. Don't know what to believe. Do your research cover your bases.

I wanted to buy 2 sets of wheel lock and nuts for mounting winter tires on ordinary/regular black steel rims to Prius & Corolla (i.e. car has original regular M+S tires on alloy wheels) by Costco later. This is an unhappy/very unhappy experience I have got on Oct 29 around 4:40 pm, I hope that this shop's operator/owner has video cctv to record & capture the body language given by its sales associates Ms. Laurie Chubaty and another sales staff - Kyle who I wished him to get my stuffs from the shelf; but Kyle selected to protect his co-worker instead of selling those simple products to me. Few months ago, I got excellent services Mr. Owen Chandler, even though his co-worker - Laurie Chubaty made mistake for giving me a 2014 windows' rain deflector for my 2013 Corolla (i.e. Needed to do exchange. ) Few years ago, I bought wheel locks & nuts plus centre hug rings for my 2009 Pontiac-Vibe from Owen, within 10 minutes, the purchase was done & paid, and I left the shop with happiness. For future shopping, I will try to go to other Lordco/T&T, or call if Owen is on duty; otherwise, better not to go there!!!

The folks always seem a bit sour/unhappy at this location. I often have the feeling that they would rather I not have come in!

They do have some smart guys working there. They are open till 8 p.m.
