Staff is super friendly and will look for the best offer for you. They won't try to sell you some fancy tires. They give you a price range and tell you which one you are more likely to use. Prices are a bit high compare to others but their service and warranty are good
One of the tires were showing signs of damage; so I took the car to this outlet to get it checked. Booked an appointment online, showed up at the proper time, explained the situation to the person manning the front counter. They helped me to check in the car so that someone can inspect the tire. As it would take time for them to troubleshoot and fix the issue, we went shopping at the Costco store. Within an hour they contacted and asked me to come pick up the car. Supposedly a screw had found its way to the tire and had caused the damage. They had removed the screw and fixed the tire - all for $12. Cannot get any cheaper than that! Thanks for your service.
Really bad communication at front. Front desk person didn’t understand my request but pretended she does. I have to go to shop and check with the tire guy three times. And at the end still putting wrong set of tire on my car. People there with uniform are ok, the one without uniform is needs more education on communication skill and a little bit more technical knowledge.
Came in today to get new tires put on and of course I ordered the wrong size like a real man. Rainier and Samantha up front went above and beyond to help me out and got it done for me. Awesome staff!
Took almost 3 and a half hours to put my tires on, and I was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs. The tires were not balanced correctly when I left, so I had to return immediately for them to fix it, as my tire was making a noise. I'd avoid this place and go to an actual mechanic shop. The techs are not mechanics, they are just tire installers basically. If anything goes wrong with your car I wouldn't trust them to even know what's happened. You think you save some money, but in the end is it really worth it?
Always super helpful, good value for the money whether you are getting new tires or just have a seasonal change. Competent and knowledgeable staff. Note: I do work for Costco!
Costco tire shops are always busy, normally wait inline to get someone to answer your Questions, if you are lucky there is No one in front of you, the staff still busy running back and forth to the garage area to help out. But once they are here, they are very helpful.
This morning was my first disappointment with anything to do with Costco. I showed up minutes after opening and asked for repair of a slowly leaking punctured tire, only to be told that they couldn't accommodate me because some appointments were arriving in fifteen minutes. Now, I've stood around through well over half a dozen tire pluggings in my life, and none has taken more than fifteen minutes, and no tire centre has asked let alone insisted that I make an appointment for this. "We'll get to it in 30–45 minutes, go have a shop around the store" would have been one thing, but the soonest time I was offered was four hours out. This seriously interfered with my planned commute and I'd be furious rather than moderately irritated if I hadn't had a backup two-wheeled vehicle to get to work on. Update two days later after showing up for my "appointment": despite this pre-arranged time, it took a full hour before I was called back to the tire centre only to be told that they couldn't fix the tire and they wanted to keep my money anyway. The screw in the tire, clearly visible when standing next to the car, was too close to the sidewall. If they'd had someone spend thirty seconds looking at my car when I arrived they could have given me this answer right away.
Just went in to get my winter tires on and I am so pleased with the service I received! I bought new tires from them and even with having to order my size i only waited a week for my appointment. Wait time for the actual service was just an hour and they took off my old, bald tires and recycled them for me even though I used different rims for my winters. One of my tires was my spare so they kept that one and placed it back neatly in its holder in my trunk. They really went above and beyond and were super friendly on top of it. Will definitely be going back to change them again in the spring!
Took over 3 weeks to book an appointment to change over my winter to summers. Have my tires on rims so I incorrectly assumed this was a free service as another place I was looking at does it for free if you have the tires on rims and costco doesnt Costco do free tire rotations? Was charged 40$ plus tax for the job. 20 min later, I get a call to tell me two of the all season tires were not suitable to be put back on the car they could have told me this when they took it off at the start of winter. Since they don’t have all tires in stock, The option that best matches my back tires requires me to order them online and book another appointment. I indicate I’ll go that route and they will refund me 2 of the 4 installation fees. I continue to wait and wander around Costco with a toddler and 3 month old who’s screaming waiting. I wait my phone call as but I eventually go back to the service area. Apparently my car is ready. Awesome! But they can’t refund me the 2 tire installation fees, as they can only refund MasterCard I’m told. The lady tries to charge me for 2 new tires. I’m confused but take my keys, go to my car and all 4 of my winters are still on and they’ve gotten rid of the two all season tires in question and my other two all seasons are still in the trunk. So now i wait again for another appointment ?.. no thanks, ill go elsewhere. 0 stars for poor communication and wasting my time,
